I thought the application was a bit long winded kept going back and forwards for info. I understand the need to confirm ID. But the reason you go on line is for more privacy even from your own doctor, to be fair many go on now for quickness . What's a GP ? I wasn't trying to buy a popular "social" drug. Anyway nothing to hide and set up an account so next time SHOULD be smoother. But it's a good fast way to get the prescription you need. Came fast to in the post.
Absolutely appalled at the service here. Two weeks and still no order. A constant loop of messages that repeat the same instructions, take far too long to be answered and take no heed of the response. An app that is clearly only developed for iOS.I am conscious of the need for due diligence when it comes to prescribing pharmaceuticals, but by that same note, it is perhaps best to not leave it to automated verification systems, and instead use a human.Very quick to take your money, very slow to deliver a service.
