A very frustrating and amateurish website for a major company.

1. You cannot order two items together. You have to work through the whole health assessment for each item you wish to order. If your assessment requires a lot of explanatory text you have to key all that text in again (because you don't know in advance you will have to enter it twice, which means you don't save the first texts separately)2. The boxes available to explain your medical condition or changed condition do not allow you to enter sufficient text to explain properly.3. If you try to change some of your answers at the final summary stage the website crashes and you have to enter all the details yet again.
