I had to cancel my subscription because after speaking with them at the phone they said they wouldn't consider using a trustable courier instead of EVRI former My Hermes.EVRI never rang the doorbell even when I was at home, they kept putting my medicines outside of the building basically on the street, behind the trash bins against my instructions, once it was INSIDE the wet organic trash bin with the package soaked with a smelly liquid. Other times they claim they attempted to deliver while they didn't, I work from home with a working doorbell so I know they lie and there's no customer service, just a useless automated answering machine; the very rare occasions I manually to get through to a human person, it was just lip service and they never acted consequentially to what promised.This is a very well known issue with EVRI (and some other companies), it's extremely stressing and frustrating and it really seem there's no point until managers and directors will get a grip on reality.I pay the shipping fee to get the goods delivered to me, not left outside of the house as I don't have safe spaces.These are medicines so there's safety and hygiene reasons why I can't accept them being delivered inside the trash bin or left anyway in the open where they could get stolen or a kid could take them and eat them thinking they're candies.At this point sellers relying on rogue companies like EVRI or DHL E-commerce need to decide whether they want to sell online or not.I will never understand the race to the bottom for the quality of service of managers and directors because people are exhausted of being stressed for a simple delivery and bring their customs somewhere else, they lost lots of money from my purchases.They may have offered RoyalMail but they wouldn't make an effort to deliver anyway, they either get my parcel lost at some neighbour even though I opted out from neighbour delivery or they just drop a "we missed you card" which is totally useless as I would have simply not have paid the shipping fee and I would have collected my item straight from the pharmacy.They are hopeless.
Have used Lloyds for over a year and always been happy with speed of order for medication and delivery.About a 3 months ago they switched to Royal Mail Delivery, and it’s been awful since. Each month something was wrong - packaging totally battered, delivery estimated at 10:30 and delivered at 23:00, and recently delivery which is meant to be refrigerated was delayed for 3 days then left on the front gate. Have had texts saying the item couldn’t be delivered as we weren’t home, when we were sat waiting for the delivery.The frustrating thing is not being able to pick another delivery company or call Lloyds, everything has to be done by message on the app.I’m most probably going to another supplier who don’t use Royal Mail as it’s too many times now for an exception….
