I was asked to pay for the prescription before the Lloyds Doctor authorised the prescription to be dispensed. In the event the prescription was eventually authorised anyway after further Q&A with the Doctor but it was not good to be refused a medication that I had already paid Lloyds for.Matters were not helped by the fact that the Wells Putnoe, Queens Drive, Bedford Branch of Lloyds failed to answer the telephone at all on the morning of Friday 16th January when I called to see if the prescription was ready, despite several attempts to ring them.
I had been feeling unwell for such a long time and knew that something was not right despite visiting my doctors a number of times! I decided to take matters into my own hands and paid for blood tests to be done through Lloyds. I can honestly say it was the best money I have ever spent! The tests took 2 days to arrive, I followed the clear instructions provided, dropped the box with the bloods into a post office the same day, the next day I received a text to say that they had received the bloods back at the lab and had the results by the evening. The results were very clear and easy to read and provided me with all the answers to my suffering! I was advised to make an immediate appointment with my own doctor and the next steps I needed to take. I can't recommend this service enough and am very Grateful.
Never received my order, was told it was sent back by the courier, first I was told I never paid for delivery and also told I never collected my previous order which was both wrong. Then told I was correct and that they would refund the express delivery which they did. Still waiting for a refund on the purchase. Terrible service, won't be using again
I liked that my order arrived the next day. What was annoying was the lack of Lloyds being helpful. My bank account had a ghost cheque from some one else's account put through it making it £41,000 in arrear. While this was being corrected I could not use it to pay. I tried to use my credit card but this was not allowed. Companies like Amazon allow the payment method to be changed but not Lloyd's. I had to cancel the account and reopen it.
