Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to buy threadworm treatment to use precautionary as we are a large family with young kids in school. 4 emails now I’ve sent, repetitive questions about who the treatment is for and What symptoms we are experiencing. Keep stating the same thing it’s a precautionary treatment as many people who carry worms especially children can have no symptoms. This treatment is not prescribed by a gp? You can buy it in store or off Amazon! It just happens to be cheaper from Lloyds. Why I keep having to email explaining the same thing is bizzare. Tried to call but of course was kept on hold and no answer. Hopeless. So much fuss for something I should have just got from boots-not to mention I did next day shipping and it’s now been three days and still back and forth with emails. Won’t order again. Update. They’ve cancelled my order because apparently my requirements don’t meet the guidelines. Ridiculous.
