Review Time
Horrible service today! I wanted to simply reorder after a short break. It seems that the MULTIPLE clinicians that sent approximately 6 emails (one each) would not accept my replies or read them! Also extremely pedantic. Wanted EXACT dates and dates of injections over two months!!!!!! Got so fed up with it I simply cancelled my order.
I recently placed an order with Lloyds Pharmacy and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. I submitted my order on Sunday, and by Monday the team had already reviewed all necessary information for my medication. The order was promptly dispatched and arrived on Tuesday.The entire process was exceptionally fast and efficient, demonstrating a high standard of professionalism and reliability. I am very pleased with my experience and will certainly return in the future.
Got the script fine, but needed same day collection so chose from their limited list of pharmacies. Tried to ring that pharmacy three times to confirm it was ready for collection but it just rang out. Turned up there only to be told they don’t have the medication in stock. Rang Lloyd Pharmacy back to tell them, no apology but did say they’d process a refund (2-4 days before it gets back in your account of course!). So service works but I’d only recommend if you know the pharmacy you are collecting from to know what their service is like.
