This is a great company to deal with. Helpful staff and goods arrive quickly and ver well packaged. I have never received anything damaged. You can buy in store, it is only small but the staff are great at helping you. My first choice for art supplies.
Ordered some items on Friday 23rd January and delivered today - which is exactly what was promised and on time, although the outer package having sustained minor damage but it's only a nitpick as the items themselves are fully intact. In addition, the letterbox service (only applies to the UK) is very helpful and affordable, because it saves me a load of hassle when ordering small items like pencils, brushes and paint tubes and only pay a small fee (£3) for postage compared to the default meant to be for medium and large items (£4.50-£12). Though in case I have free postage cost as my items in total cost £25+.It definitely helps Bromley Art Supplies is located in Bolton, not really that far from my home in Manchester, and in some cases, their prices are more affordable and various than my go-to shop for art supplies Fred Aldous.

I have placed several orders and have only praise for the product range, quality and choice, oh, and price! I keep up to date with sales by being on the mailing list, and I don't consider that I am overly bombarded.I do look at prices from other suppliers when I am shopping for my art materials and generally Bromleys is pretty competitive on product price and the 'spend' for free postage or the 'letterbox' service.I make no comment about returns arrangements or response to concerns as I haven't had any.The speed of delivery was pretty good and each order has arrived well packed in recyclable or reusable packaging. There was a nice touch with my last order in including a free bottle of acrylic flow medium.
An excellent shop to buy from. I have bought two lots of pastel pencils, art pads and specialist pastel paper in the past month (Black Friday Deals were too good to miss). Prices are competitive and the standard of care taken to package the delicate art supplies for transit is outstanding.Thank you to your staff and I wish you continued success.
