The enlargements were dark, and whites were not white

The enlargements were dark, and murky, and not at all like the images on screen. In particular, the whites were dark, and not bright white. While I know that there is some loss of dynamic range when going from screen to images, this was awful.

color digital to Black & white

Happy; uploading easy, I was worried about converting a digital color image to B&W print but they did an excellent job, as good as when i used to shoot with 35mm B&W film. Paper, resolution, contrasts, all 1st class.
