I was dealing with Katrina and she came back to me within a few hours of sending the email and addresed every issue, she seemed very helpful and made me feel like nothing was to much trouble! I haven't made a draw down yet, but feel i'll get the same help i have already received if i get a problem.
I was having problem trying to purchase the Coles’ gift voucher. Katrina told me it’s due to my bank system not able to accept confirmation from Onsi’s end. But she follow up with the issue and manage to solve that problem in very good time. I’m very impressed with her dedication and efficiency in solving problem Cheers! Keep it up!
As an Amazon flex worker in Australia, my Onsi account was accidentally set up in UK. Thus I am unable to access any deals for Australia user. I reached their customer service team to get help and Matt as their Member Support Manager put a lot of effort on this with their technical team. I believe I would still unable to use my account without his help. Highly recommend his services, and greatly appreciated.
