ONSI the fuelstore card SCAM

i got the card as i was working for evri, ONSI the fuel store card, i tred to use this card at 3 diffrent fuel station, but the card gets decline everytime. i dont know the reason behind that, looks like its scam and if you dont use the card for 6months amount is non refundable.

Fraud alert!

Sad to see other reviews with same issue. Fuel card is a scam, not accepted anywhere. Contacted them and they said my account is deactivated due to inactivity, what a joke. Your card is accepted anywhere, wake up. To add salt to injury, they said I cant have my money back, you serious, I am sure this is illegal at some level. I cant have my own money back, this is daylight robbery.

BEWARE Fuel Card is a scam

BEWARE Fuel Card is a scam , I loaded it with £100 but still card is never accepted at any fuel station always declined despite entering correct pin.Support does not exist , there is no contact number no online chat , just an email address from where you never get a reply.not recommeded at all.

Hi i reached out to customer service thinking my payment hadnt landed but when i checked my junk mail i discovered a mail sayin i had made a mistake inputting my details so the mistake was mine by the time i had gone to email back Katrina had cotacted me to assist so i replied explaining my mistake again very politely told me it wasnt a problem that in my opinion is customer service ive worked in the construction world for 30+ yrs and know how to treat customers when delivering dream homes to people including customer care satisfaction is key Thanks Katrina well doneGeoff Glenholmes
