I ordered two items

I ordered two items. The earrings came that Friday. I’m still waiting for the earbuds! It took a week to say they were shipped and now when I track the earbuds it just says waiting to be picked up by the USPS for a week now. I ordered the buds for my step Son With Special Needs.He is Asking everyday why the earrings showed up but not his present!

I am highly disappointed

I am highly disappointed. I ordered two bathroom rugs and received a plastic shower curtain. I sent a message through the contact us page and it’s been over a week and no one has responded. I guess I’m now the proud owner of a shower curtain I have no use for 🤷‍♀️

The quality of the item I purchased was poor and the item was defective. I would like to return it but the response from the seller has been very slow.
