The online ordering experience was a disaster. For this price, you expect more. To return an item you need to print an application and arrange the return on your own, not just drop the parcel. Most shops now charge for delivery - it's fine, but the arrange dropping atomatically. Highly disappointed - will never return to their website.

I bought a pair of gloves. They did not last me a month when they were literally falling a part. This is an overpriced brand that does not match the quality of their product. I think because they advertised as UK or Scottish now they can ask for anything. I fall for this. The harsh reality is that customers are being scammed. Price point 75 to 80 lbs. What a rip off. Ordered a men's shirt.The colour was not quite as I had expected and I am finding that with online shopping, so I learned my lesson.The size was S and still too big for me, I thought I had checked ...In the end I had to return the item from Ireland to UK but it was pretty smooth overall.
I love MH style but the experience of ordering and returning from the website is pretty horrible...you pay shipping both ways...with the added inconvenience of having to arrange your own return through Royal Mail. Then I was contacted 3 weeks later claiming that the white skirt I returned was not in perfect condition - where did they keep it for 3 weeks??? - and charged me for the whole cost. Will never buy from them again. A complete rip off
