Review Time
On March 12, I ordered a Truper 11900 Wheelbarrow Tray. From OpenTip. One month later, I still had not received it. When I called them, I found that it had never been shipped. Shortly after my call, I received an email saying that it was now back in stock and would be shipped ASAP. After that I received another email stating that my order had been canceled, because the item had been discontinued. I am not sure what kind of game these people are playing, but I have seen numerous online reviews, from those having a similar experience. One simply cannot believe any of the positive reviews for this incompetent, dishonest, business.
I had a great experience with my first purchase. Item arrived in perfect condition. It was shipped quickly and at a reasonable cost. The price of the product and shipping was still a significant savings versus other sites offering an identical/nearly identical item. I'd highly recommend looking here before taking the "easy" path through some other online retailer.
Don’t order from this site. Go to cap bargain or any other site. They take forever to ship, and will charge an enormous amount to do so. Also they will mess up your order and charge you for the replacement. 2/10 do not recommend. Go to other bulk shipping sites
