I recently ordered custom headbands from Opentip for my Cycle for Survival fundraising event, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

When a change in service was required, the team was incredibly communicative and proactive. They handled the situation professionally and provided an appropriate partial refund without any hassle.

I placed an order for Wrangler shirts on February 10,2026. I have called twice to find out where these shirts are. They didn't have any problem getting my money, almost $800 but sure having a problem getting my order shipped. As of today they still don't know if it has been shipped or when it might be shipped. Two weeks ago it was lost in the system but they found it. Today who knows!? Don't think I can recommend them at this point. Sure won't be ordering from them again.
I purchased an eletronic part from OpenTip. The part that arrived was NOT the part pictured online. I let them know, and it took ten days of emails, sending photos only to find out that they will not pay return postage, they will not exchange, they will not refund. I will NEVER order from OpenTip again.
I thought They have the best prices and I love that they didn’t charge shipping, but I kept my first order small in case there were any problems. I received the shipment fairly quickly, but one of the shirts was damaged. I went to make a second order and saw that I’m now getting charged almost $100 for shipping… which cancels out the pricing. I’ll be going back to blankstyle.com.
