I answered in the beginning that i did not watch the half time show. As well I would have answered I did not pay attention at all to the commercials. I normally turn them down. My focus is on the game that is it. I have ADHD, so focusing on something I have no interest in. Is not very likely for me to do. Also when the survey say 5 min, make sure you make it 5 min not 15min that is ridiculous.
I’d rate it three and a half stars if that were an option, but I settled on four since it's not available. The platform is genuinely reliable and does provide payouts. However, the tasks are nearly impossible to earn a decent amount of points from due to the excessively long completion times, making surveys your best option. To earn 100 points, or $10, which is the typical payout, you need to invest at least three hours and twenty minutes, and that’s assuming you don’t get screened out at the last moment… which often happens. It's frustrating to spend up to an hour on a survey only to be removed right at the demographics section. This can occur repeatedly, and unfortunately, there’s no way to prevent it. Additionally, the support team rarely responds to your emails, and when they do, they ask for detailed evidence, including the survey name, genre, and screenshots of being removed at the end. Gathering this information is nearly impossible unless you anticipate being abruptly screened out.
When I tried to cash out my balance, I was only allowed to withdraw $20 due to a withdrawal limit message. I thought that was odd, but decided to give them four stars and withdraw smaller amounts daily, even though it seemed unreasonable. However, today I encountered the same message and couldn't withdraw anything at all. Now I’m down to three stars, as I'm uncertain how to access my funds. This situation is quite frustrating.

Communication is challenging, with no live support and slow email responses. Survey quality is inconsistent, with unanswerable questions and technical issues. Most concerning is their new requirement for video ID verification through a third party, which was not communicated beforehand. This change, along with ongoing issues, has led me to close my account.
