Review Time
We ordered a watch with SOS button for somebody with the risk of falling. It was send correctly, but the connection to the app didn't work, so we couldn't use it. Three people tried, but no success. So I tried to call them (7 times) and e-mailed them twice. Nobody picked up the phone, and no reaction. It has been more than a week and I still hope someone will answer my e-mail but I don't think they will. My advice: order somewhere else.

Ordered a kids smartwatch, it was not what we wanted, wanted to return - no reaction. They did respond to a question regarding the shipping and track and trace rather quickly but no response on the return request AT ALL. Phone goes straight to voice mail and voice mail is full. Thinking about shipping it back with my own cost with track and trace... does that make them responsible to reimburse? I am unhappy and recommend avoiding this site at all cost. How can we report this behavior? They do not keep their promise.
I ordered a Vospo watch, 8 days of battery life, after charging the watch does not turn on and does not charge at all. I wrote by e-mail and called the number provided several times to no avail. I wrote a message on Monday and received a reply that someone would contact me within 24 hours, today it's Friday and no one has contacted me. I will also add that we had the watch for 8 days :) so we didn't enjoy it for long. please reply ! because the watch has a 2-year warranty and we wanted to take advantage of it. ORD42853
