Weak bockler and watch gone

Nice watch but the bockler was weak. I adjusted it and ensured that it didn't fall off my hands. However, it fell off my hands into the Karnaal. This is just on two wears. The money I just paid. My money and wrist watch gone.

We order a smart watch for our son. Order number is ORD31865 until now we did not receive it yet. We tried to contact many times. One time they pick up and said they will send the new one but we never get new track and trace. We don’t want it anymore. We want only our money back. This is the first time in my life that I get scammed here. Really bad service.

Nobody called us to come down and pick up the package, the box was broken but luckily the two articles were still inside. Timing of delivery after ordering is excellent but please take more care for the packaging.
