Review Time
I purchased a pair of frames that were no longer in stock, and Joy a customer service agent was very lovely in organising for a replacement frame to be sent in exchange for the style that was out of stock. I haven't received the frames yet, but I have been advised that if they do not suit I am able to replace again for a pair that will be suitable. It can be very challenging to buy glasses online, but with the virtue mirror and friendly customer service agents it becomes much easier each time.
There's a good range on the website and the prices are very reasonable. When I had a question, it was answered promptly in person, very professionally. The glasses arrived within the timeframe promised ( dispatched in 1-3 days, but Australia Post takes at least 1 week to deliver these days in the same city) and the quality was better than expected considering the price. The lens was supplied perfectly to the prescription. Feedback I would give for improvement: it's hard to gauge how big the glasses will look on your face, even though you can upload your photo, because there is no adjustment to size your photo to the scale of the glasses. Even the built-in photos have the glasses superimposed on them rather than photographed on a model. The dimensions of the glasses were given but it's difficult to judge exactly where the measurement points are taken. Consequently the glasses I received were a bit wide for my face, despite my best efforts to use the sizes provided to find the right size.
Ordering is easy and picking up from the locked box is a great service too. The optometrist was really knowledgeable and helpful, with good advice and choices about lens colours and reading glasses. I wouldn't have had either without her help, and I'm very happy with both
