I placed an online order over two weeks ago with a promise of dispatch within 10 to 12 business days. After following up, I was told they hadn't received my prescription and that they sent an email, which I never got. It would have been good customer service to follow up with me, but I heard nothing.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience from Optically. The websites instructions were simple, and when I asked for clarification I received a quick response. The price was very competitive and the glasses arrived extremely quickly. Would purchase another pair of glasses without hesitation
DO NOT purchase from this organization. I ordered two sets of glasses, one for my wife and one for me, for $920.30. My glasses took 21 days to be sent. My wife's glasses still need to turn up. It is now over a month. The only communications from this organization were to request more money after I placed the order, and then all communications have been instigated from me. When contacted, they never have answers. We have used other online Glasses suppliers, and this is the worst experience ever.I highly urge people to look elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I had two pairs of glasses I loved, optically replaced the lenses so now they are great and up to date.I have an odd eye condition so my script wasn't average, and they checked with me before proceeding to ensure their work was satisfactory.I'm very happy with the result.
I bought multiple sets of glasses from this company.Pros - cheapCons - they say 72 hour turn around that's simply not true two orders took months. Product quality is poor on the cheaper frames to be fair it might be good on the more expensive frames but the ones I bought shattered simply on closing I then notice there's no support wire through the plastic and the plastic is not tough but brittle. Custom support following up was okay but can take days to get a response.As they say you get what you pay for. If you understand the cheap glasses may only last a couple of months no problems if you're lucky they may last a couple of years
