Bought a pair of glasses online - from Optically. They were a great price, love the colour and the measurements were clear, so I knew what size I was getting. It did take a long time to receive my product, but would buy from this company again.

Great value, the frames and lenses were good quality and I saved several hundred dollars compared to a similar offering by our local retail optical discount store.

Love your range of frames

Love your range of frames, and your tool for virtual trying on is a nice idea. Quality of both frames and lenses is very good, but unfortunately you can't substitute for trying them on in person. The only thing you can do to overcome this issue is to reduce the price of reglazing. This seems unnecessarily expensive at the moment. Being able to provide your own frames solves this problem for everybody.

Return customer. Had no issues with anything, got what I ordered in a reasonable time, and quality is always good even though the price is much lower than going through an optometrist. I am rather clumsy so spares are a necessity.
