So this is my first time ever ordering contacts online. When I think of companies like this I always think, too good to be true or I'm going to get expired contacts because you get what you pay for. This whole experience was great. I received my contacts within five business days, the purchasing and adding my prescription was seamless. Above all my contacts were cheap. Worst contact lens distributor around. It takes them weeks to deliver when it takes most other distributors a few days. They will refuse to refund/reimburse and give you the runaround. AVOID!
Ordered and paid with PayPal on 9-8-25. After a week checked on status. Told there is a backlog of 7 to 10 days. Make a long story short, 11 e-mails and several phone calls to customer service in a third world country that could barely speak English I received full refund on 10-30-25 after starting a dispute through PayPal. Save yourself the aggravation, don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!!
