I came in for help because I wanted my Burberry sunglasses tightened so they wouldn’t fall off my nose. At the store, I was welcomed with a warm smile, and the staff readily took my sunglasses to their lab. They came back with them fixed in no time — for FREE! ❤️
Thank you, Liberty!
I visited a local optical store on 24th Ave in Billings, Montana, hoping to find the same frame as my glasses. While the lenses were fine, the side arms had seen better days. A new employee and I searched for a match; she had only been there for three days but was quite skilled. If she hadn’t mentioned being new, I wouldn’t have guessed. Then, an employee named Brian offered his assistance, and I explained my situation. He assured me he could fix them, and he did just that, returning them as good as new without charging me a thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and staff at this store. 5 stars, and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
I am sharing my experience with the local eyewear store after shopping there for about 10 years. My spouse and I have purchased around two dozen pairs of glasses from this place. Although I had a negative experience a couple of years back and tried another retailer last year, I needed to return to this store. The manager was fantastic, and I was able to obtain the progressive transition lenses that suit my monocular vision. While not inexpensive, they are essential for my needs. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I am eagerly anticipating a better pair of glasses. Five stars to the local store, the service, and the manager!
First off I am reviewing the Ming Av. Bakersfield store. Also that I have shopped there 10 yrs. My wife and I have bought about 2 dozen pairs of glasses there. I have had a bad experience there couple years ago. I did buy a pair from Warby's last yr. but the the lenz were not very good. So, I needed to go back to Lens Crafters on Ming again. The Mgr. Jennifer was great and I was able to get the progressive transition lens that is best for my monocular vision, not cheap, but the best is required with my condition. The experience was fun and I am looking, (no pun intended), forward to having a better pair of glasses. 5 stars to Ming Av, Lens Crafters, and Jennifer..
I needed help. I had glasses already but needed to convert them to temple cables because I was getting headaches. Laura at Fargo Lenscrrafters took one look and said she had the right parts for me, and in 15 minutes I was wearing painless specs. And NO CHARGE! You can be sure I will buy my next pair of glasses at LensCrafters!
Don't shop at Lenns Crafters or Willowbrook Optometry Clinic Willowbrook Optometry ClinicI’m posting this to share my experience. Two years ago I was unexpectedly told I needed to pay out of pocket for an exam rather than having it billed to my insurance. I requested they process my insurance, and it seems that disagreement was recorded as a “negative interaction.”Recently I was contacted and told I may not be able to keep an upcoming appointment because of that note. The manager, Jenn, called repeatedly, and the tone felt rude and condescending even after I explained I was working and couldn’t take calls. When I asked what specific concern was being referenced, I wasn’t provided a clear explanation.ts.
My expensive glasses from Lenscrafters are useless. I took the first pair back and they ordered me a new pair that was supposed to be better.....they are still useless. I took the same prescription to Walmart and now have glasses that I can see great with at half the price. Lenscrafters obviously don't know what they are doing and I don't know how they are still in business
Before making my purchase at Lens Crafters in Fairfield Town Center, Cypress TX on 11/25/25, I let them know I was under a time crunch and asked when they would be delivered. If they couldn't be delivered in time, I was going to purchase from my eye doctor and pay for overnight service. I was told the glasses would arrive by 12/5 and would probably arrive earlier. Based on this information, I placed my order. On 12/6 I called and they said they were held up at the lab, but had no way to contact the lab and get an updated delivery date. I called again a few days later and was told they would probably arrive by 12/10. On 12/12 I called again because they had not arrived and they said they were still at the lab. Again, I was told they had no one to call to check on an updated delivery date. Apparently, they will wait INDEFINATELY for a product to arrive. For all I know, I will still be waiting on these glasses two years from now because management is completely useless and makes NO effort to support their customer and fulfill the promises they make in order to secure a sale.
I’ve been a customer at LensCrafters since I was in high school and I am now 29. I will never use the company again. My most recent purchase (began on November 24th and is still ongoing) I did online as the LensCrafters store near me didn’t offer Miu Miu’s. My online order was cancelled several times and they requested another prescription as the one I was given, “ the ADD value must be a multiple of 0.25” and it was not. So then I call because at this point I need my glasses and keep getting the run around. So once I contact they let me know I have to cancel my order AGAIN and go in store as the lenses I need cannot be given with online orders. Okay done. I order the glasses without lenses, take the glasses into my nearest store and pay for lenses. Today I follow up because I’ve gotten no updates, emails confirming I dropped anything off. Nothing. Guess what, the lenses were ORDERED AND ARE SHIPPING FROM THE WAREHOUSE. Once they arrive they will CUT THEM IN STORE and call me to pickup. Mind you, the store I go into, all of their employees are extremely rude and irritated all the time. This company is deceitful and pricey with no good result.
