I understand that many companies use warehouses in certain regions for mass production, so I wasn't shocked to see my order coming from that area instead of locally, which naturally extended the delivery time. To be fair, the delivery took only 11 days, which is decent for the holiday season, as I placed my order on December 16th. However, given the price I paid (even with a discount), I feel let down by the quality. This was meant to be a special gift for my boyfriend, and I was eager to surprise him with a practical gym bag. The marketing was impressive, and I had high hopes. Yet, upon opening the package, the item wasn't even in the expected box. The material feels subpar, and the branding is missing, unlike the advertised product. What appeared to be a nice matte leather in the images looks more like a low-cost version in reality. I found the same bag online for a fraction of the price, so my disappointment is significant. There was no gift box; it arrived in a plain ziplock bag. I've reached out to the support team for assistance, as it's important to me to resolve this situation. I'd prefer a refund rather than giving my boyfriend something that feels so unthoughtful. I hope the company can address this, as there's potential for a great product!
I ordered my magnetic gym bag weeks ago, but when I checked the delivery status on the app, it said the package is still in transit and has been returned to the sender. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and all I want is a refund, but there's been no response. DO NOT ORDER!!!!
I’m attempting to cancel my order after reading poor reviews online, but so far, I haven’t heard from customer support. It wasn’t clearly stated at the time of ordering that delivery would take 2-4 weeks, and this is a Christmas gift!
I haven't received the product yet, but the customer service is fantastic and very prompt. They quickly offered a solution to a minor issue. They honored a discount code that I had, which didn’t apply due to either my mistake or a technical glitch. Looking forward to trying the product!
The bottle is good with a strong magnet; however, the package came from overseas, likely dropshipping. It took three weeks to arrive. When I opened it, the box didn’t match the brand, and the logo on the bottle (as advertised) was missing. This made me feel like it’s a cheaper product. If you’re going to dropship and make it your own, at least put in the effort to include your logo. A bit disappointing, but still useful. My advice: look for a cheaper option online, just like the seller did.
I received the bottle in two weeks, the packaging was great, and it held my phone perfectly. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the straw and lid connector, but the support team responded quickly, and I received a replacement; it’s perfect! I love this for anyone who wants to keep their phone off the dirty floor.
I bought two bottles, one for myself and one for my girlfriend, and I’m really impressed! The quality is excellent, shipping took less than a week, and the lid holds my phone securely even when the bottle is empty. It has made recording so easy that I post stories more often now. Love it! ❤️
