Do not waste your time and money…

Do not waste your time and money ordering from them , ordered contact lenses got an email saying they are out of stock and will be delivered a week later, got the package the following week with cheap contact lenses instead of the one I ordered, emailed them for refund and they took ages for collection and refund both.

Order placed 5th August. Advised the next day item out of stock and would take 6-10 working days. 12 working days later completed online communication form to chase update. No reply received.Yesterday 15 working days later sent another request online. 24 hours later still no response.
