I, like many other Optimal Optic customers, am dissatisfied with the additional £48.10 charge for FedEx. No one clearly warns you about the additional charge before purchasing glasses. And I, like other customers who suffered overpayments, could have ordered glasses from England for less. Optimal Optic's mistake is that they don't value their company's integrity and hide all the unpleasant details in the fine print. Trust in such a company is nonsensical and impossible. Next time, they may come up with something even more sophisticated to swindle us out of our money. I am outraged and disappointed. Unfortunately, such actions are legally permissible. So the customer is always left looking the other way. People, be vigilant, you will definitely be deceived the moment you relax!
Very bad experience, i bought a prada sunglasses and after i bough it they sent me a message which said that didn’t have stock and will refund me the money which is gonna take up to 14 working days, now i’m waiting for the refund and very upset because of the very bad customer service
