No way to update the delivery address for future orders; it just keeps loading. 2. I tried to contact customer service for help connecting with the local delivery agent but received no assistance—no useful information at all. 3. Tracking is nearly useless! It simply states handed off to a local carrier—who, what, when? No information at all. In an age where some websites offer real-time tracking, this is minimalism at its worst—no information whatsoever! 4. No communication via email or text aside from the shipping notification. I would avoid this service entirely.
