I began the setup process for the free plan, but they requested my credit card information and permission to charge it. I prefer to assess the free tier limits first before deciding on upgrading to a paid tier and sharing my payment details.
We utilized the service for a year. It was a great product, but we no longer needed it after that time. I forgot about the annual subscription until a month after it was charged, but the representative quickly assisted with a refund. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. Highly recommended.
I encountered an issue (of my own doing) that would have cost our company monthly. When I realized my mistake, I tried getting help from the AI chatbot, but it didn’t work. I then opened a support ticket, and the representative responded promptly, resolved the issue, and asked if I needed further assistance. Nothing more was needed; she was fantastic!
