When it comes to developing film, there’s only one place we trust. The quality is always spot on, but it’s their care and passion that keep us coming back. They treat every roll like it’s their own, and it shows in every scan. We can’t visit without getting lost in a half-hour chat about random topics. They are genuinely good people who love what they do. Plus, since everything’s done in-house, you always know who’s handling your film. A fantastic team — the only lab we’d ever trust with our rolls.
My film finally arrived; fortunately, it was just a test film to check if a specific camera was working properly. I sent the order on the 11th of August, and it arrived on the 14th. I was informed it would be completed by the 29th, which was acceptable. However, the 29th came and went without any updates. I reached out on the 2nd of September and was told they had issues with their mail service, which caused delays. I emailed again on the 8th and received another apology, with the information that my film had been picked up by the postal service that day, but no tracking number was provided. Finally, on the 13th of September, I got an email from the postal service saying they had my parcel and it would be delivered on the 15th. This was over a month after it was received. While I understand the process takes time, the lack of communication was frustrating. It would have been nice for them to reach out as soon as they knew there was a problem. Unfortunately, I won't be using them again.
I’ve always had an excellent experience with this service. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful, especially for beginners like me. The online process for receiving digital copies is straightforward, and the fact that their service takes a bit longer now just shows how busy and popular they are, thanks to their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to develop film or get camera repairs.
