Case for wireless charging fails

I bought a case that was supposed to work with wireless chargers, but it ended up being completely incompatible. Sadly, I took too long to test it, and by the time I noticed the problem, the return period had passed. I reached out to the support team, hoping they would acknowledge the defect, but it feels like just another company more focused on profit than on customer satisfaction.

Wireless charging case fails to work

I ordered a case that was supposed to be compatible with wireless chargers, but it simply doesn't function as advertised. Unfortunately, I waited too long to test it, and by the time I found out it was defective, I was past the 30-day return window. I reached out to the support team hoping they would take responsibility for selling a faulty product, but it seems like just another company trying to profit without caring for customers.

Check the return policy carefully

Make sure to read the return policy! They impose a 25% 'administrative fee' on all undamaged returns, and you need to initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Item never received

I never received the item. They wanted to charge extra for tracking. They even altered a picture of my home to claim it was delivered. I have cameras, so I know that's not true. When I contacted them, they insisted it hadn't been delivered yet. This company is a scam; do not engage with them!

Decent case, but has issues

The case itself seems nice and offers protection so far (though I haven't dropped my phone). However, the ring on the back is very flimsy. It's okay for holding the phone, but it doesn't work well as a stand as it collapses constantly.

Order placed, but no delivery yet

I placed an order 10 days ago and still haven't received my case. The only way to reach customer service is through email. They use standard shipping, which requires extra payment for tracking. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the customer service and shipping process.

Very slow shipping

I ordered the case on May 22, and nine days later, I was informed they had just created a shipping label. If you're looking for a quick delivery, look elsewhere.

Fraudulent company

If I could rate this company a 0, I would. I ordered what looked like a magnetic watchband, but received one that wraps awkwardly around my wrist. I tried to return it, but they refused and instead offered a 50% discount on another purchase. What a joke! Their customer service is lacking, only providing an email contact. This is a scam. Avoid making a purchase!

Armour case disappointment

I ordered an Armour phone case on March 23, 2025, and it arrived on April 5, 2025. It started falling apart within two weeks. I contacted them, but they refused to offer a replacement or refund! I regret not reading more reviews before my purchase. Lesson learned!

Avoid this product

Do not purchase! It took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it failed to work with my magnetic chargers as advertised. I tried various chargers, and none worked. Their refund policy is also frustrating, taking 25% off and requiring you to pay for return shipping. What a scam!
