By far the worst customer experience of my life. It's hilarious that there are 3 other reviews all experiencing the same thing as I have gone through recently, and we all apparently bought our tables around the same time. This company has blatantly lied, deceived, and led me along for 3 months. I bought my table in November 2025. After 90 days, I still had no table. Originally I was given the delivery window of December 27-January 4th, but what the company failed to disclose was they were all taking the entire holiday season off. I finally heard from them again on January 12th, to which they said "oh there's been a delay, the new window is January 21-28th." Everyday for 7 days during that second window, I sent emails asking for updates. I was ignored every single time. I eventually disputed the purchase (through Affirm), which got their attention. They finally gave me some answers and come to find out that the table hadn't even shipped yet. Fast forward a few more weeks; now into February. Again, after repeated emails I was finally given a tracking number for the table. I was told repeatedly "rest assured, it will update tonight", and that continued for days. Finally, the dates updated and then said delivered. I asked the company what is going on, to which they told me "we don't understand why you are emailing us, the table has been delivered. This sale is closed". Needless to say I barked up the tree a bit. We then had a 3 way email with the shipping company and table company where the two just pointed fingers back and forth at each other. Meanwhile, I received a random message on Instagram from a doc in New York who said my table had been delivered to him and his tables were missing. I brought this up to both the table company an the shipping company, and was again, met with silence. After a few days, I asked for an update and the table company lied to my face and said "it's in a carrier facility in New York." I showed this to the doc in New York and he replied back with a VIDEO OF THE TABLE STILL SITTING IN HIS CLINIC. After another 5-6 days of being ignored and nothing being done on their part, I disputed the charge again. And, like clockwork, they reply back the next day. Whoever typed up the email this time decided to close the email with a statement about me not following "proper procedure." After 3 months of letting them gaslight me, lie to me, and drag me along, I professionally said no more of this. They replied back saying they were "formally cancelling the order" due to my "threats, hostility and condescension". I never made any threat besides saying I was ready to cancel the order myself, and if I had a dollar for everytime they told me it was on it's way or getting picked up today, I would have enough dollars to drive to Canada and pick up the table myself.

This is by far the worst professional organization I have ever worked with, and I will never recommend them or "their" products to anyone. I didn't even mention I had 2-3 emails that were clearly ChatGPT generated replies, even down the to the poor formatting from copy/pasting into the email and the m-dash. I was hopeful for this table and I was excited to have something that seemed to be so versatile and sleek looking. Jokes on me because these guys are a complete joke. I have no idea how they are in business. Disregard the fact that after 90 days, I still have no idea where my product was. Disregard the fact that after 90 days and failing to deliver something, they told me several times that "we have 200+ tables we are trying to track", which really means that they do not care about their customers. I feel sorry for anyone who has made a purchase recently because there is a significant chance you will never get it and you will be ghosted by the ineptitude of TRL Tables.

9 weeks delay and the table hasn't…

9 weeks delay and the table hasn't shipped yet.Lies and more lies about when I will receive the table, Promises and then more lies. I don't understand the logic of not just telling me they don't have the table yet, why keep telling me it will be delivered in a week? Finally called demanding a refund and was told it is too late, it has been shipped. However 3 days later only the shipping label has been created, still hasn't left the warehouse.

– Severe Delays

– Severe Delays, No Accountability, and Poor Customer ServiceOur experience with TRL Tables has been extremely disappointing. We paid in full on November 3 after being verbally promised that the chiropractic tables would ship within 4–6 weeks. It is now January 6, and we still do not have a shipping date. The promised timeframe has come and gone with no accountability.Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Phone calls are never answered, and communication is limited to email only, with slow, inconsistent responses that provide no real answers or timelines. What is especially concerning is that after payment, we were sent a DocuSign agreement stating that customers have no recourse if shipping is delayed. In other words, while delivery timelines are verbally promised, the written documentation protects the company—not the customer—when those timelines are missed. For a company selling expensive, professional chiropractic equipment, this lack of transparency, responsiveness, and accountability is unacceptable. I will never recommend TRL Tables and will be sharing this experience within the chiropractic community, including at professional seminars and networking events, so others can make informed decisions before ordering. If timely delivery and responsive customer support matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Not only did it take longer then quoted to receive my table, they sent me a used table that they took someone else logo off of it. I requested a larger table, confirmed with sales rep. They sent me a basic table, and the table had been used. I did not receive direction or a warranty with product. The commutation is horrible with the company. I still haven’t heard back from them! They take week long vacations, I would not recommend buying from this company!! -unsatisfied customer
