Awful - customer service takes hours to respond.Channels are always buffering or down. And no it’s not my connection as I have a 2gb line and other providers work just fine.They miss advertise having 4K channels like sky sports. They label as 4k yet they are only 1080p.Optv is not even the owner of the service so can’t do anything about it.It’s one big scam
