Disappointed with the service

I am really let down by the service. My last order included two vials, both of which were expired. When I contacted the company, they insisted the expiration date was irrelevant and that I should use them anyway. I found this quite troubling. The representative acknowledged my feelings but stated they were directed to tell customers it was acceptable. Our relationship is over! There are many other pharmacies that are more ethical.

Five stars for the representative!

The five-star rating is specifically for the representative who assisted me on a Sunday night. He was amazing and efficient. However, my experience with the company has been confusing and frustrating, leading to missed doses. I started the reordering process on November 17th, but communication has been unclear. I'm uncertain about continuing with this company due to the ongoing issues.

Confusing Portal Flow Took 4–5 Hours to Fix

The Black Friday pricing was great, but I ran into a lot of confusion with the referral system and the patient portal. I couldn’t log out to use my own referral link, the pages kept looping incorrectly, and it wasn’t clear when or how the $50 referral credit would apply. I spent about 4–5 hours trying to get everything to work, which really took the excitement out of the signup process.Once I finally got through to support, the team itself was helpful and polite. But the referral and login issues make the process feel more complicated than it should be, and it honestly makes me unsure if I’ll continue past the starter program unless these parts become more reliable.If someone from the team could reach out to help resolve the credit issue, or offer something to make up for the time spent troubleshooting, I’d really appreciate it. I’m happy to update my review if the experience improves.

Complete waste of money!

I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issues I faced. This has been a waste of time and money. The starter pack provided a micro dose that seemed to have no medicine at all. No side effects, but also no results. They suggested I might see results in month four if I pay for a higher dosage. Essentially, I should expect no results in the first 90 days. They declined my request for an increased dosage and were dismissive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
