My experience has been fantastic up to this point. I understand the negative reviews regarding the pharmacy, but they have made changes that should improve things. I’m transitioning to a new service and, as an Affiliate, I'm eager to see how this goes.
My experience with the company has been very disappointing. Responses to the MedChat or text platforms they suggest are not timely at all. I've sent multiple photos of my previous prescriptions and even screenshots from my patient portal to confirm my dosage, but they still limit me to the lowest dose for three months. I've been trying to resolve this issue for over three weeks with no success, and when I attempted to cancel my order, there was no reply. I highly recommend avoiding this service; the website provides as little information as their responses to inquiries and order processing times.
Overall, it’s been a very positive experience. The medications were shipped promptly. The customer support has been outstanding, with consistent follow-ups to ensure satisfaction. It really feels like they genuinely care, which is unfortunately uncommon in today's customer service landscape. The medications are effective; I’ve lost about 6-7 pounds with decreased appetite and cravings. I experienced minimal stomach discomfort in the first week, but no significant side effects since then. I did my research and received positive feedback from family and friends. I’m confident I made the right choice!
I encountered the most chaotic and frustrating customer support I have ever faced. There were significant technical problems with my account registration. Although payment was processed, I did not receive any order confirmation emails. I have been unable to access the patient portal or view and respond to messages from the medical team. Without the ability to contact a medical professional about my order, I requested multiple times to cancel it. Despite this, they still sent the order to the pharmacy and now seem uncertain about whether it can be cancelled. I am incredibly frustrated with how this company has taken my money without offering ANY solutions to the numerous technical problems with my account. The representatives I spoke to on the phone (daily) were kind and understanding, but none of them could resolve my significant issues.
I created a profile and provided my credit card information but did not place any orders or respond to the additional details they requested to process an order. Despite this, my credit card was charged without any order being placed, and there was no way to dispute the charge. I attempted to call the number given, but it was unhelpful. I have now reported the fraudulent charge to my credit card provider.
I received a vial that had exceeded its original beyond-use date (BUD). Initially, I didn't notice it (my oversight), but about a week after my first use, I experienced increased appetite and felt something was off since the first three months had been positive. Upon checking the vial dates, I discovered they were expired. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that a new sticker indicating an extended BUD should have been included. This raises a serious concern: how can I trust the effectiveness and safety of a product that's now 90 days past its initial BUD? Although they provided a report from a ‘third party,’ it did little to reassure me. As another consumer pointed out, considering the high price of these vials, shipping them after expiration raises significant safety and transparency concerns. It seems they might be trying to clear older stock by claiming extended usability. The response I received was disappointing, stating there was nothing else they could do, implying this was an informed purchase? I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handle their customers.
