looked on site re fungal nail pen and found when i looked at my paypal account payment for 2 purchases were taken from my account and also ongoing payments were logged. complained to Paypal who didnt help. complained to Paypal and they are reviewing there decision. tried to contact company but no response. scammers.

Haven’t received order yet but have had bad experience with pricing. Very confusing on website when ordering. Thought I was being charged €29.99 ended up paying two amounts, €29.99 & €41.97. Was told nothing could be done when I complained. Certainly will not order from this company again! Beware.
I ordered the pen for nail fungus yesterday 10 Feb 26. I tried to cancel twice yesterday. All I received was a generated email. I gave all the information ie order number. Their website says they can be trusted. I doubt that. I expected an email today to say the order is cancelled. I have received nothing.Do not order from this company. They seem very difficult to contact.
This is fraud. They took 2 payments without permission. Emailed to cancel. All products turned up and now they are trying to make me pay for the return to the USA despite their policy stating you could return. There was also no confirmation page to confirm the sale, the money was taken instantly. AVOID THIS COMPANY
