I went to Vitaldent for almost four years to get an orthodontic treatment. Most of the staff treated me as if I were stupid because I’m autistic and they called me by my deadname. The orthodontist assigned to me was a very unprofessional and rude person, the typical fake person who pretends to be nice but it's a b!tch. Once, the women who worked as a back office administrative assistant (a very rude and arrogant person, who spoke to my mother with a superior attitude because she assumed she wouldn’t be able to pay for the treatment), came into the room with her phone and the orthodontist started looking at Instagram photos with her and criticising someone's profile while I had one of those suction tubes pouring water in my mouth. She also accused me several times of smoking because I had black stains from eating Oreo cookies (anyone who eats Oreos knows how hard it is to get rid of those stains even after brushing your teeth). When I said I didn’t smoke because it disgusts me, she laughed at me and said I was a liar. Another time, I got an ear piercing that didn't affect my teeth at all and the orthodontist had the audacity to scold me and lecture me about some nonsense related to acupuncture points. In the end, she removed my lower braces early, claiming that my mouth was too complicated and that my teeth could never be completely straight (which was obviously a LIE, since I went to another orthodontic clinic and was able to continue the treatment on both my upper and lower teeth). That orthodontist moved to another clinic, but the new one had no idea what to do and hadn’t been given any report about my progress with orthodontics. I left because I was tired of their BS. Everything was a mess. I don’t recommend it.

¡Ten mucho cuidado! Our 15 years old daughter had an orthodontic treatment for 2 years in this Vitaldent clinic.Once the monthly payments were completed, the dentist Dr Diaz decided to remove her braces, despite the contrary advice from our daughter's dentist in France.Dr. Diaz was committed to putting the braces back on, if our daughter's teeth were to move again. His teeth have obviously moved since then.It appears that Dr. Diaz has no power in this clinic, since he acts as an employee. The NEW director for a few months is a terrible and very arrogant person. She is totally incompetent and hangs up the phone on you. We therefore decided to open a complaint but they refused to give us the form to fill out, claiming that they no longer had one.The Director took her cell phone to film us. We had to call the police so that they finally gave us this form. She then used her position as a Director to prevent us from entering the clinic and accuse us of physical threats. Which is of course false.Knowing that all our family are clients of this clinic, but seems this woman has an absolute power and no hierarchy above her. There is a huge turnover of employees in this clinic and many unaccounted for medical errors. We have sent a lawyer's letter and are going to court against them, after discovering that they damaged the roots of our daughter's teeth by forcing on the braces. Her roots have shortened. We do not recommend this clinic at all. And especially this new poorly behaved director who allows herself to send letters in the name of the Management. Be very careful !Ojo la respuesta de Vitaldent no vale. Be careful, Vitaldent's response is not valid. The number they gave us is the Customer Service one and they NEVER call you back! To this day NO calls, no apologies neither from Vitaldent nor from DONTEGROUP.Yesterday we went to retrieve our daughter's medical history and they gave us a wrong code to download the document.
Not good and very expensive for what it is, after you will have to go to another good dentist to solve what they have done. I went in Granada,Arabial to make a filling to take out cavities from the incisor. They have filled too much the tooth and the filling was touching the roots so it was painful. In the end a week after I had to pay an especialist for a reconstruction of the tooth and remove the filling that was done by them wrongly . It is a scam. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there.
They are not a very serious dental centre. I have booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning while on holiday 3 weeks before or so for the Alghero centre. When I’ve arrived, after a wait of 20 min from my appointment time, the dentist quick check me and said I was good to go for a teeth cleaning. I then realised the teeth cleaning appointment wasn’t booked for the same day.Instead of giving me the appointment straight after they gave me an appointment for when I was already gone/ finish my holiday. Not much point then. I was very clear I needed on that day, but Silvia, the secretary, didn’t explain or either understand my needs. And I spoke in Italian 🤦🏼♀️ an hour of my life I will never get back. When I have complained they couldn’t find a solution but open the door for me. So rude I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely never go back there. Cheap and not customers oriented.
