I had a slight problem with their app and sent a message to customer service. They responded in 10 minutes and had me up and running without any fuss. Great customer service!!
Have just upgraded my two pc’s from Win11 24h2 to 25h2 using Syscute Winupgrademate, the first was straightforward no problems the second needed coaxing a little I scanned for errors, removed third party apps, and any usb connected, after that it went like a dream. Many thanks Syscute for great simple to use software.
windows 11 is successfully on my 10 year old custom build! i did have some trouble with the installer opening post download, and while i managed to solve it on my own, the customer support emailed me back same day. thank you for all the help, and the great program
Started out a little "worried", then things started to look up. The upgrade went fine and now after several updates my system is working fine. I don't see how it could have been any easier-and I kept everything, even when through, had same account name/password. RR
I purchased WinBootMate, and was having difficulty getting it to upgrade my laptop to Windows 11. After a couple of emails back and forth, the issue was resolved, and my computer was upgraded. I would recommend this product, and this company for help in upgrading unsupported computers to Windows 11.
