The SMS services operate effectively, but acquiring accounts is fraught with issues. I followed the instructions and even utilized a paid residential proxy, spending extra for the account verification. However, once I verified the account, it was promptly suspended due to policy violations related to multiple accounts and bot activity. This situation was entirely the seller's responsibility, yet the support team evaded accountability, consistently requesting irrelevant and unfeasible proof instead of offering a suitable solution. While the SMS service may be reliable, purchasing accounts here poses significant risks and is poorly managed when complications arise.
The SMS services themselves function well, but acquiring accounts is a nightmare. I even used a paid residential proxy as suggested and paid an extra amount for the account verification, but as soon as I verified it, it was instantly suspended due to policy violations linked to multiple accounts and bot activity. This was clearly the seller's fault, yet the support team avoided responsibility, continually asking for irrelevant and impossible proof instead of providing a proper resolution. While the SMS service may work, purchasing accounts here is extremely risky and poorly handled when issues arise.
I'm giving this 2 stars, which is solely for the support team. The actual service deserves 1 star at best. First, the good part: I contacted support for a refund, and they responded quickly. They processed my refund, which was professional and fair. Now, the downside: The core service is completely broken and feels exploitative. You deposit money, and the site claims numbers are available, but when you try to get one, you wait a long time only for it to fail and inform you that no numbers are available. The queue system is bizarre; you can enter a queue and are encouraged to pay more, but this doesn't move you up the line; it supposedly gives you a higher chance of getting a number. Honestly, it feels like a scam. I doubt anyone else is in this queue. It feels like a system designed to make you pay extra for a service that doesn't work. After all this, I never received a single number. The advertised prices seem reasonable, but what's the point if you never get the product? In conclusion, the support team is great and refunded me quickly, which is why this isn't a 1-star review. However, the service itself is unusable, and the payment for a better chance feels deceptive.
This service is terrible! While it technically works and isn’t a scam, it is a complete mess — full of bugs, and the number supply is inconsistent. I wasted nearly 50 tries and only got through twice. Honestly, it’s awful. Proceed at your own risk!
I topped up my wallet balance a few months ago and have not used the funds. Their service is fraudulent. They claim there are, for instance, 2,000 numbers available, but when you add money and try to buy one, you're forced to wait and pay more. If you pay significantly more, you might eventually get a number. They are scammers and manipulators. I do not recommend this service — I attempted to buy various numbers for different platforms, and in 99% of cases, the SMS never arrived; and even when it did, the number had already been used. Everything feels fake and barely functions. The only services where I managed to activate something were for ride-sharing and food delivery, but even there, some numbers turned out to be previously used. I will never use their services again; my only goal now is to empty the wallet.
