CAUTION! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I invested in what was promised as a lifetime service but only received two months of access. There has been ZERO communication from the support team. They initially reached out to set up the service and collect my payment, and then disappeared. I strongly advise against purchasing their service!

Regrettable decision to purchase a yearly membership.

Regrettably, I opted for a one-year membership. I successfully completed the first month, and as promised, the lines were refreshed. It functioned well for most of November. However, when the refresh date arrived, the lines expired, and now I'm receiving no replies when I contact them via messaging. Remember the saying: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I recommend steering clear of this service.

Avoid this service!

The service started fine, but after three months, they cut off my access despite paying for 12 months plus 2 free. It’s ridiculous. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times since losing access, but there’s been no response. Ironically, when I attempted to sign up again from a different number, they were quick and cordial. I advise against paying for more than one month at a time with this service.

Disappointing service

This has been the worst service I’ve purchased. I bought a one-year plan, and it only worked for one month. Now they have a new site, and I can’t get any replies from support.

Regretful decision

I regret purchasing a one-year membership. I managed to get through the first month, and as promised, they refreshed the lines, which worked well for most of November. Mixed experience

After three weeks, I felt scammed. I signed up for a year and initially received good support during setup. For a couple of weeks, the streams worked perfectly, and I was pleased enough to upgrade my devices. However, that changed abruptly when I lost access on all three devices and received no replies from support for two days. I also noticed that the access codes expired in less than 30 days from signing up. I advise caution. Edit: They eventually responded and resolved the issue, claiming it was an update problem, but the expiration date remains the same. I’m raising my rating for now, as the streams are currently flawless with no buffering. I will update again after 30 days.

Paid for 14 months, but…

I paid for 14 months, but my access expired after just one month. I can no longer contact anyone through their site, messaging, or email. I do not recommend this service!

Service has been down for too long

As of 11/29/2025, I conclude this is a scam. Many people are losing their hard-earned money. I appreciate those who have reported on review sites. I reached out for support again, but there’s been no response. They claim their service is back, but mine still isn’t working. I paid for a year and will see if they contact me to resolve the issue. If they do, I’ll update my review.
