I had a frustrating experience with this service. I purchased two playlists and faced ongoing issues with both. Initially, everything was great, and I was satisfied enough to buy another playlist. However, within weeks, the service quality declined. During peak hours, the playlists would buffer for long periods before showing an error message. Eventually, I lost all access. Despite paying for a year with two extra months, my access was cut off after two months due to an alleged expiration. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, phone, and messaging, but received no response. After the money-back guarantee period, all communication ceased. This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider shorter subscription periods to lessen potential losses.
Someone contacted me when I tried to subscribe with a number +212679-088444 and it not the same number you have provided on here and beside that I wanted a year subscription but he did a month for me and said it will renew and update every month is that how ur system works??it updates every month??
Nice people until you start having issues. They promise 30 day money back if you're not satisfied. LiE. Once I brought up frequent issues with the EPL not working before the 30 day period and requesting a refund, they stopped the communication. I also had issues with a few channels not working. They will keep your money, basically you have to pray everything works smoothly, because if you have issues with the service you paid for, you're on your own. Not recommended at all. Zero stars
