Charged £10 for shipping, lost my parcel, and tried to make me pay another £10 to have a replacement delivered. Still trying to get a refund for the original lost parcel, but unable to speak to anyone over the phone as they don't have UK customer service.
Besides the EXCELLENT items available in STYLISH designs, absolutely wonderful customer support. We have a vest and jacket which provide three different levels of heat with a press off a button. LOVE them!! Highly recommended .

I had reached out to Ororo as I had no idea who sent me my vest. They got back to me immediately and we figured that out. The vest, however, was too large and they helped me get a smaller size. They sent me the label, sent the replacement immediately and during the entire process, they were VERY communicative!

I ordered heated mittens and socks. Unfortunately, one of the socks had a defect (the heating wire was protruding and causing discomfort; it was unwearable). I had already removed the tags. I reached out to the company's customer service, explained the problem, and my representative provided exceptional support for several weeks to assist with returning the defective sock and obtaining a replacement. There was consistent follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. I hope the representative's manager sees this review and recognizes their outstanding dedication to customer service!
A battery we purchased six months ago stopped charging. I contacted the support team, and after verifying my order, they sent me a replacement battery. I was a bit surprised that there was a $10 fee for the warranty replacement, but that’s their policy. They also included a new charging cable, though keep in mind that every new battery typically comes with one, so now I have extras. The representative was fantastic and very helpful. I'm pleased to do business with the service!
