Have a whole collection of KOI shoes :9 (mostly animal) Mary Janes, 2 heels and one closed shoe so a biiiiig fan, only sad that there are no more animal mary janes coming out or being kept in stock as I miss some of the collection. Have been complimented so much on my shoes ever since I started wearing them!
I’ve been happy with both my orders. The shoes are beautiful and well made. They are even comfortable which did surprise me! Such unique designs that cheer me all the way up.
Been fancying some funky shoes for a while and then I saw them on sale and took a chance. I’m so glad I did - the quality and finish are superb, well worth the money. Unfortunately, they didn’t quite fit my child so I sent them back - again, very helpful and speedy service! Just waiting for my refund to appear in my bank, but the refund issued notice was only sent today, so I expect to see it in the next couple of days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will definitely buy again (next time for myself!!)
Arrived via F1 car, zoooooom! Love the half black, half silver stitched Frankenstein like design and chunky platform sole with rivets. Looks amazing with flirty, pleated mini skirt. Feel comfy, my only niggle is where the buckles attach to the shoe, the elastic is too long or too stretchy so no matter how tight I do up the strap, they slop up and down a bit. I'm going to try making an extra hole in strap line. But, still love them and fab bargain again.
Royal Mail delivered the parcel, forged my signature and left the parcel on my doorstep which then got stolen. I can’t get any response back from koi so the customer service seems to be non existent. Shame as the shoes I’ve bought in the past are brilliant

Fabulous response time and even more fabulous was the resolution! 10/5 stars. The shoes are awesome in style range and comfort. Can’t wait to add more noise to my daughters collection
Shortly after I made an order I got a bunch of spam in my inbox and still get 3-4 a day now. Not impressed about that. Shoes are good, but I see they were on sale for a reason,The left of the black pair I got, the toe part of the sole is sewn weirdly short and feels funny to walk on. The pink ones are lovely however the chains are twisted on the left but not on the right, and there are blue pen marks all over both shoes. Again they were on sale, so if I had paid full price I would be more upset and more likely be asking for a refund. Shipping was great however, at these prices, do better lol
