I placed an order for a get well arrangement through a work-related program due to a discount, expecting a positive experience similar to my previous ones. However, the flowers were never delivered, even though I received an email confirming they had been. My friend verified she didn't receive anything. When I called, the representative confirmed the flowers were not sent and promised delivery in two days. Again, no flowers arrived. I called again and was met with apologies and another promise of delivery, so I provided an additional name and contact in response to the email about my order. Still, no flowers were delivered and no refund was issued. I will never use this service again and will advise others to steer clear, as they clearly do not know how to handle flower deliveries.
