Extremely Disappointed with the Service

If I could rate this service lower, I would. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering flowers through the platform. I placed an order for a get well arrangement through a work-related program due to a discount, expecting a positive experience similar to my previous ones. However, the flowers were never delivered, even though I received an email confirming they had been. My friend verified she didn't receive anything. When I called, the representative confirmed the flowers were not sent and promised delivery in two days. Again, no flowers arrived. I called again and was met with apologies and another promise of delivery, so I provided an additional name and contact in response to the email about my order. Still, no flowers were delivered and no refund was issued. I will never use this service again and will advise others to steer clear, as they clearly do not know how to handle flower deliveries.

Regret not checking reviews before placing my order.

I regret not checking reviews prior to ordering from this service. I was thrilled to send flowers and a chocolate box to a close friend who recently moved to a new home. Although she received the bouquet and shared a picture, it fell short of the expectations set by the website. Additionally, they neglected to include the chocolate box I had ordered. I reached out to the support team via live chat, and they quickly apologized, stating that a refund for the chocolate had been processed. While I appreciate the refund, it doesn't make up for the intended gift. When I expressed my disappointment, the representative repeated the same message and didn't seem to acknowledge my concerns genuinely. I will not be ordering from this service again. It's best to avoid it.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order. I was eager to send flowers and a chocolate box to a friend who recently moved. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I wish I could rate them zero stars. They failed to deliver the flowers on the same day, despite my payment for that service. They didn't deliver them the following day either and emailed me three days later asking if they could deliver then! The funeral was on Saturday, and they wanted to deliver on Monday, even though I ordered for Friday. Absolutely unacceptable.

Extremely disappointing experience.

This was incredibly disappointing. The amount of flowers was minimal for the price, and the delivery was late. I felt cheated. I will never recommend this service. I was embarrassed by how little was sent, especially considering it cost over $150, not including delivery and a missing banner. It's a shame.

Check your order carefully.

The ordering process was quick and easy, and the flowers arrived on time. My fiancé liked them and sent me a picture. However, what I ordered had many roses, while what she received looked like a child's arrangement. I plan to call and discuss this with them, expecting a resolution.

Never ordering from this company again.

I regret not reading the reviews before ordering flowers for my mother's birthday. I was disappointed to find that the arrangement was completely different from what I expected, in terms of flower types, colors, and size. I understand substitutions may happen, but the bouquet size should have remained consistent. I won't consider this company for future deliveries.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! I wasted $80 on flowers that were never delivered. Almost a week passed before I realized they hadn't arrived. After paying for next-day delivery, the delivery was canceled six days later. Avoid this company—what a scam!

Feeling cheated and disappointed.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet and two balloons for a friend. When she sent me a picture, I was horrified to see only three flowers and one balloon. The bouquet was shameful for what I paid. I contacted the company and was offered a laughable 30% refund. They claim 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' but I feel misled. I do not recommend this business and urge others to save their money.
