About the costumer service

I placed an order on November 9th and I didn't receive the tracking number. I tried contacting the mail and phone number in my country's site 3 times but received no answer. Being very disappointed, I found the general mail of the company and reached out. They contacted me with the information I wanted within hours. So, thank you and I hope this helps anyone with the same issue

Amazingly good communication from…

Amazingly good communication from before ordering through to ending queries relating to product when it arrived. I felt listened to and my options were taken seriously and acted on quickly. Very very good customer service.

this company is a SCAM

this company is a SCAM. First , they have fraudulent safety labelling. They have a fake label on their pillow saying it is ECO-INSTITUT tested. There is no ID number. ECO-INSTITUT denies they have a safety certificate. Furthermore, they state you can refund a product within 30 days however they are ignoring all my requests for a refund and now are stating that I must ship it at my expense to Poland. They should be removed from google ads!
