I purchased expensive multifocal lenses in flimsy frames that broke within a year, and they weren’t worn daily or misused. When I returned to the store, I was told the frame couldn’t be repaired and was no longer available; I would need to buy another pair. It seems their business model focuses on making money on lenses while using cheap frames to cut costs—lesson learned!
My prescription was incorrect! I couldn’t see out of one eye and still have the glasses. I kept them as a reminder of how someone relying on a disability service can be completely taken advantage of! I do wonder how many others are out there with the wrong prescriptions. I ended up going elsewhere to get a new prescription, which I appreciated.

Be cautious with this company. You spend a lot, and their lenses start to delaminate just outside the warranty period. They just want to blame you for the problem. After being a loyal customer for years, this is the second time I've faced this issue. Never again. They only care about profits, not their customers.
I am extremely frustrated! I spent a significant amount for two pairs, thinking they would last. Both pairs fell apart on the right side. The screws that hold them came loose too easily, and who has tools to keep tightening glasses? Very upset! I spent a lot of money hoping to protect my eyes, and now they are useless. Do not buy!
