Slow delivery and the hand held vacuum cleaner is a joke, not even fit for a dolls house, This product is a complete waste of money, The suction power is incredibly poor despite the three power settings. Battey life is short. This product is heavy on design, looks and illuminated parts but very short on real practical use. Probably manufactured by some one who never does any house work. The actual vacuum is just so weak, there is little to no "draw" of any dust around the nozzle and it struggles to pull a cobweb off the wall. A total waste of money and as it comes from far East I am unlikely to be able to seek a full refund or return the item. My opinion, do not waste your money look elsewhere.
OSMO Roboclean Window Cleaner.I purchased and successfully used this product once. I discovered a day later that the company sent me a discontinued model which did not have all the parts and features of the advertised product. I asked for a replacement and was refused.
Firstly the delivery time it took to arrive was extremely poor & tracking communication was very bad.The performance of the product does not meet the advertised expectations & is so bad with regard to suction power, it is frankly not fit for purpose & is in my opinion, a total waste of money !Do not buy this product, unless you are prepared to be ripped off !!I would like to return this product & receive a full refund, as I am totally disappointed in it’s capabilities & performance.

I was sucked in, pardon the pun, by fake reviews of the UK’s top 5 hoovers where the Osmo Provacuum was top of the list. Was a Halloween sale and reduced so bought it at £126, a bargain! It arrived a month later allegedly from Amsterdam and the whole thing is A SCAM! Arrived in an unbranded box like a child’s toy, featherlight and in several bits of plastic. An obvious Chinese mass produced knock off! “Hoover” had no suction and lost 100% charge in just over 5 minutes. I kicked off and they offered a 30% refund to keep it and the usual Chinese jiggery pokery. I contacted my credit card company and miraculously got a full refund after a few days from Osmo. DO NOT BUY the thing is now in bits in the bin!!
