Marie is a little powerhouse as far as giving really strong and targeted massages.She’s extremely knowledgeable, and knows exactly which muscle groups need to be worked to achieve maximum results in aiding speedy recovery.I have already recommended her to my friends and family as i am very very impressed with her strength and knowledge.
This is the second time I have used the Ottery St Mary Osteo and Physio and on both occasions have used Oliver Wakefield. He is excellent, kind and caring. He has dealt with my sciatica professionally and expertly and more importantly has eased the considerable amount of pain I have been in. I know I am in safe hands with him and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
I have been suffering from tension headaches for a long time , even after just one appointment I'm astounded as to how much better my neck and shoulders feel . Looking forward to finally resolving this problem and having my next treatment .
I had a wonderful acupuncture appointment with Sarah Marek this morning. She took her time discussing with me my lifestyle and what had brought me in. She was patient and professional and extremely skilled. I whole heartedly recommend her to anyone!
My treatment with Sabrina was excellent, She explained in detail my problem, and the treatment involved, which was carried out in a very professional way.After treatment she gave me further advice on exercises and pain relief. A further up appointment was made ,Email received later in the evening to confirm my exercises.
Chi is an absolutely amazing masseuse. In just an hour, my body feels about ten years younger! I work in a sedentary job and I never realise how much I’m aching until I get there. And how much better I feel when I leave. Can’t recommend her enough.
I visited Radhika Madahar at Osteo and Physio Staines for a few sessions due to painful jaw/neck muscles. She provides a great service, is very professional, with a soothing and calm nature. Whilst I was there, she advised that I had a tight mid back area which was also contributing to my neck issues - she did some great manipulations and I'm feeling less tight and have more movement in my back and neck! I highly recommend Radhika!
