Very thorough initial consultation with Principal Osteopath Oliver Wakefield. Great explanation of several issues causing the hip/leg pain. Left after some deep tissue massage and manipulation, feeling very reassured. Exceeded expectations. Two more appointments in the diary. Here’s hoping….
I had my first appointment with Louise a few days ago, after being recommended to see her by my sport’s massage therapist. I’ve suffered for many years with shoulder neck and head pain. My goodness, after one session I feel there is light at the end of the tunnel! I was thinking I would have to live with this regular pain forever, but Louise was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanation of what could be causing the pain. The videos I have to do until I see her next are also quick and easy to follow. I can’t wait to continue my treatment and see where I end up. Thank you
I visited the Osteo and Physio Wellington clinic today to see Ben Verling, I was having trouble with some spasms which just keep coming back, after our initial discussion I already felt relieved as I feel my hectic lifestyle has a huge part to play! Which was great to hear it’s something I could change and improve on, I went on to have my treatment at the Osteopathy appointment and can honestly say I wish I’d gone sooner! What a difference, Ben was so approachable, professional and friendly and made me feel at ease right away! I am planning to book in each month to keep things at bay! Thanks Ben! An excellent service received from the Ottery practice. Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable. She assessed my daughter and gave advice on what the issues were and also sound advice on what to do, along with exercises that would help. The difference in 6 weeks has been great, thanks to her. Would highly recommend!
I visited Radhik Madahar, of Osteo and Physio Wheatsheaf Lane staines,for a stiff neck and shoulder pain. She was friendly and professional and gave me a full assessment and treatment. My neck and posture felt so much more relaxed after just one visit. I intend to return to continue treatment and ongoing home excercise advise. Would highly recommend
