Was able to see Richard Simpson at short notice on the Bank Holiday Monday following development of acute pain in hands and wrists the previous day. Once again my appointment time was promptly adhered to (no excessive waiting around), and I was able to discuss my condition fully, and get specific treatment with no messing about. Richard was concise and clear with his advice, and the treatment was exactly as needed. A repeat appointment was booked for a follow up in 2 weeks time, and once again I left feeling that I had been dealt with most professionally.
I have taken my son who is 17weeks to see Jane Robertson twice now for osteopathy as he suffered badly with reflux and being very uncomfortable in him self. After the first treatment i noticed a difference straight away with my son, he was so much happier in him self and relaxed. He slept for a solid 2 hours after his treatment. Jane was so friendly and worked her magic with my son who smiled at her the whole way through. Would happily go back to see Jane in the future for top up treatments.

He makes your appointment personal and bespoke and offers gentle hands on treatment which benefits the person as a whole. He is a superb listener so therefore knows how to treat my ailments and symptoms. I will more than likely see him for a review and update. You won’t be disappointed and come away with knowledge in how to help yourself in going forward.
I was seen on time. Lisa listens to you, gives good advice about your condition. The treatment I have received hopefully is now taking effect. Lisa, on my next visit is going to also help with a long-standing low back problem. All in all very satisfied with the experience, thus far.
