I had bought earnings for my mother and upon arrival a piece was loose. Wrote an e-mail and was replied upon very quickly and dealt with accordingly. Very good service!!! My mother also had an necklace from a vew years ago that had some pieces disconnected. Since they were not able to repair her necklace she was offered a discount on a new necklace. Again top service!!!
