To qualify, you have to both request a refund and attend your first session within 14 days. However, the earliest session they had available was after that window closed. So we had no opportunity to even try the service before the refund period expired. No warning, no heads-upโjust a built-in loophole that leaves you stuck.When we finally had our session, it was extremely disappointing. The therapist seemed unprepared, awkward, and honestly like she was reading from a script. The session felt impersonal and uncomfortable, and we knew immediately this wasnโt the right fit for us.We asked for at least a partial refund and were told noโbut they generously offered us 20% off our next sessionโฆ after a terrible first experience. Why would anyone go back after that?If you're going to expend the time, energy and money, go with Well Beings Counselling. We had one session with Franziska and the difference was night and day. She was professional, insightful, and clearly experienced. Sessions were not helpful and when it came time to schedule a follow up appointment my provider said she was going on vacation, but would contact me the following week to schedule. She never contacted me. I was never able to get ahold of her again but the company continued to charge me despite never receiving service. This company is absolutely awful and left me feeling like I got scammed.
I am so grateful for OurRitual - it has been a real lifesaver for our relationship. The fact that I was able to start solo and really work on myself and my side of the relationship, and then get my partner to do the same and end up working together - the past four months has changed our lives, so the grateful, and highly recommend it!
